Good learning starts with one clear question: what should people be able to do afterwards? The sessions, the activities and the materials are all shaped around that answer.
A great session needs more than a great trainer. It needs sound that carries, a screen that behaves and materials that keep learning alive between one session and the next, so the trainer can give the room their full attention.
The software goes live, and the people who use it every day still need to feel at home in it: clear steps for their role, short videos to replay, practice before it counts. That is the gap between a finished implementation and one that works.
